About Fredrik Trägårdh

Fredrik is Swedish and grew up in Beverly Hills in a family where both his stepfather and sister were real estate brokers. He has solid experience as a real estate agent on the East Coast of the United States, where he has successfully sold properties in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania for several years.

In addition to his career as a real estate agent, Fredrik has also run an international music company for over 17 years. With offices in Sweden, England, Germany, Australia and the USA. He has traveled to over 50 countries where he has conducted business and collaborated with hundreds of international music artists.

Fredrik has an impressive international experience and has lived in different countries around the world. With 20 years in the USA, 5 years in France, 3 years in England and 2 years in South Africa, he has a deep understanding of different cultures and business environments.

For a long time, Fredrik has spent a lot of time in Spain, especially on the Costa Blanca and Costa del Sol, and has developed a strong knowledge of both areas. He lives in the Torrevieja area and with his wide experience and deep commitment he guides his clients through the real estate market and helps them fulfill their dreams, needs and desires.

Fredrik speaks fluent Swedish, English and French, and also has good knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese.
